Ordering Jewellery pieces
Jewellery is handmade to order unless stock is already on hand, orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed on national holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
Please make sure to read the description of each design. The weights are approximates only. The weight may vary within a couple of grams due to the use of metals, pearls and gemstones.
We can not offer offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If you have any questions regarding the size or weight of a product please enquire before making a purchase.
Shipping and Payment
Shipping within Australia
We offer a flat rate of AUS $15.00 for delivery within Australia. You will be charged at checkout.
Free delivery for purchases over AUS $500.00
Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express Post with signature on delivery, tracking and insurance. Orders can be tracked through the Australia Post website. Once your item has been dispatched, we will notify you via email and provide a tracking number. All purchase transactions and shipping costs will be calculated and processed in Australian Dollars.
Delivery to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. For regional areas, delivery is between 2-5 days
Shipping outside Australia
Flat rate of AUS$30 to NZ
Flat rate of AUS$40 for all other international orders outside Australia.
Orders outside Australia are shipped via International Registered Post and can take from 7-10 business days.
Prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that may incur.
We will endeavour to deliver your goods within the timeframe described. However, these timeframes are approximate only. Delivery timeframes may also vary depending on your location. If your delivery is urgent, lease contact us.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc who provides us with the online e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS:
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you at firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Please acknowledge the lengths and weight of each piece.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer an exchange or refund on earrings for hygiene reasons or for any items where you have changed your mind, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds unless there is manufacturing fault present.

Return requests must be made within seven days from receipt of delivery.
All returns must be received within seven days of email issued return authorization. Jilly Marsden Designs has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet return policy requirements.
Any agreed exchanges Customers will be responsible for all Express shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted. Jilly Marsden Designs must receive the product in the original packaging via Express Post with tags attached and in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn. Please consider purchasing insurance for the return package as Jilly Marsden Designs does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Jilly Marsden Designs will process the refund within 5 business days upon receiving the package. (if authorised for refund)
All items purchased “on sale” or purchased at a discounted price are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.
Returns will only be accepted provided the item is not worn or altered and is in its original packaging. All returned items will be received and inspected before the return is accepted and processed.
How to return an item:
Email us: firstname.lastname@example.org and Jilly Marsden Designs will issue a return authorisation number.
Before sealing the return package, *please make sure the return authorisation number is written clearly on the outside of the package*. if possible, also include a printed copy of the email in the package. following these steps will ensure that we are able to process your return and credit your account as quickly as possible.
